Run times varied. First run was about 15-25 did not push it hard. Second run of the day, I was running it harder since a nitro was running along side of me and run time seemed like 10 minutes. Motor did not get over 120 but I did notice the battery a bit warm, but it was a warm day as well. It is a 3200mah lipo. Thanks for the heads up.

If the above leads don't pan out, here is a kit in Canada a bit more but if you really want it, it shows available.

Looking like another couple weeks before my LHS will be able to get ahold of one. This is going to make like 3 out of the last 4 kits I've tried to buy in R/C, unavailible when I've tried to buy them. With the only exception being my TA05 IFS-R.

Whats up with R/C man, why can't companies keep their kits supplied these days? It always seems to be something...graphite outsourcing problem, aluminum outsourcing problem, underestimating demand.

I thought I had waited long enough after its release to buy this kit so I wouldn't have to worry about this.

Man, I hate waiting...

Hi Jimmy,

We will get an electronics layout picture up on the internet, either here or on the CRC site right away.

We are club racing with whatever tires are laying around. Some of the guys have tires from oval racing, some from recent events. The car just seems to work with about any tire you throw at it. Soon we will also have some cars out there running with the CRC World GT Spec tire that will be available shortly.

Gear ratio – 2.4 inches / rev at the IIC.

And the only online places that have it in stock are overpricing it.

CRC, any idea when the car will be more availble?
Hi Darkseid …

Sorry for the delay, I hate to see people waiting for cars. I can promise we are working hard to dig out of this backorder situation. No joke, much like you, I am also waiting for a car! Jilles Groskamp pretty much “stole” my car from the IIC to take back to Holland and now I am also without a Gen-X 10. Well, who knows, maybe one of the guys in the CRC shop will leave one lying around and I can steal it! 

The popularity of the Gen-X 10 has been quite remarkable and has kept us on our heels all summer and into the fall. Carbon fiber supply issues have not helped.

We have a small wave of cars shipping this week. A larger wave of cars that covers all the current backorders ships mid to late next week. If you currently have a car on order with a shop, you should get it after that larger shipment next week.

Hang in there guys, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks for the support and patience.

Frank

Geez, I must be pretty fortunate. I had our LHS pre-order them about a month ago. I picked one up for me and a buddy. I drove another buddys at the track last saturday and I was already beating my sedan times. These cars are going to be huge for the future. Thanks CRC

Ok so I'm new to pan cars and have a few questions. Where do you get info on tuning a pan car as far as what to adjust for different problems? Is there a setup sheet for this car and if so where does all this info plug into it?
Thanks in advance

Default speed control wiring

Mark,
What guage wire are you running on the RS Pro speed control in your 12th scale for brushless? Is the TQ 13 guage wire ok?

Finally got a Gen-X 10 on the way to me! Stormerhobbies has at least 6 more in stock.

And thanks to a polite call from me, they have lowered their price from $299, down to $249 to match(and actually beat) the prices from other online shops. Sweet!

So if you want one, order it before they run out.
