Got a m03-r last week which has ceramic grease for the gears would you recommend this or use silicone spray as suggested in your settup guide? |

Thanks Todd. Do you use the kit grease on the gears or run them dry? What about tire inserts? How about limiting shock travel, I guess we would call that seting droop in our C-dans.
thanks BBB:nod: Tire inserts: Right now I'm experimenting with foam insulation tubing for household hot water piping. It adds about 1.2 mm diameter to the tires (Front Only) and seems to reduce side wall flex. Tire's seem to be wearing more evenly too..! I'm using kit tires for the front and "M's" on the rear. Use 3 "O" rings on the inside of the shocks w/ 70wt front & 40wt rear. |
Hey Todd, You forgot to tell him about the 12awg wire on your STOCK ESC.:p

I still just use the silicone spray myself on the gear diff as the 'packed' ones loosen after a few runs anyway, and I'd prefer to have my car consistent all the time. As for the extra rings and other tricks that people use to stiffen the action, well they're illegal where we race so we don't use them at all. |
Ive used the AW grease inside the diff,
What im asking about is the outside of the diff which the manual says to use ceramic grease. |

Hiroshi What tires do you recomend for tempe track

quick question. My cooper slows down dramatically when i turn, it seems like it binds on something, but only when it's on the ground. When i let off the steering coming out of a turn, it's takes off like a rocket. Any way to fix that, has someone else had this problem? Thanks.
