An 07/07R is a good second a lap quicker - end of story. No amount of hop-ups on a M05 can make up the difference

unless you really love your m05 you would probably get more enjoyment out of a stock m07 plus a stock m07 will be quicker

This is great advise. Thank you |
Thanks guys. I'll leave my M05 as is and keep running it until I can sneak an M07r past the wife. I found out there are no M07s in stock in my country anyway.

I know there are third party adapters to shorten the wheelbase of the m07: does anyone have first hand experience on using the adapters to fit an original Tamiya Mini Cooper body? Do the adapters have any negative effect on the performance of the m07 chassis? Thank you, Ale |
Hello again.
im sure this was tackled multiple times before but do you think its ok to lock the front diff with glue gun when running on asphalt?

Really dont want to spend a lot on the M05 as im saving up for an M08/07

I love the m07, but for me the m-chassis means Mini Cooper. Lack of support for 210 wb is a deal breaker for me.

The Cooper body won't fit with the adapters. The front bumper and rear chassis bulkhead stick out too far and would interfere with the body.
I wonder why none of the many companies that produce hop-ups don't release a replacement chassis for 210 mm, like those user mods that cut the original chassis. |

Thanks for the clarification, that's really unfortunate.

Hey guys! How’s it hangin?

Would the MO3 suspension arm hit the ground if you flipped them and had the damper mounted below the chassis mounting point as shown:
