Green slime is a huge help absolutely I think everyone should have it in there tool case. And yes I bent up the front turnbuckles really bad and went titanium on all the steering and adjusting ones. I'm debating though on getting the carbon chassis by VBR racing or possibly the exotek one. It's just the battery load is highly inconvenient you either use the batteries with the deans connections that come from the corners or you have to use the posts and make sure the terminals are far enough apart to fit it once the battery is loaded.
The only 2 issues I have with the Exotek conversion is 1: the upperdeck is not level with the lower deck. it opens towards the front. and 2: the steering was binding. I remedied this by placing a .5mm tamiya aluminum shim under the 2 screws that hole the upper steering post support. now its smoother than factory and there is no play.

C-Hub question
Hi Guys..
I have bought ta 06 pro and running fot tcs on sunday, i love the car..but i crash during turn and broke my c-hub...
my question is, will it be posibble to use 417 part? to replace part c, e and f?
since 417 is carbon where ta 06 is plastic....
thanks

If you want the carbon reinforced c-hub, you need part #54031
These are normal plastic:
part #51293
To the best of my knowledge, they fit the TB03, TA05, TA06, 416/417.

i have yet to break them on my ta06, but if i do, i will probably get some aftermarket aluminium ones like this

It has been my experience that the carbon-reinforced c-hub is more likely to break than the normal plastic one. It may be more rigid for more precise function but will break on a hard hit where the normal plastic just flexes and survives. Since I am still sharpening my driving skills, I hit things all too often, so I use the normal plastic c-hub
These are normal plastic:
part #51293
To the best of my knowledge, they fit the TB03, TA05, TA06, 416/417.

Another question is...is it better of using ta 06 wide or 417 wide....since I'm goin to use ta06 for tc, but the body will be 190mm, so if I use ta06 then the wheel will be inside...
The reason I asking is I have know idea what is the diferent in tracke width with handle of the car? Is it easier to drive with wider tracke wide or shorter...
Thanks in advance...and sorry for my english..hope everyone understand..
Cheers

I use a full size hard case in an eagle racing conversion, and it seems fine

Thanks Sam! it is just something I am thinking about trying to play with the balance of the car before I play with weights!

Do not get those. 3Racing and Yeah racing make some. the tops can use bearings or bushings and one good tap, the bearing is seized. besides, those are for drifting. 8* ackerman and 8* camber. i run 3 racing arms from a 417 and hubs for a TB03D
