Is there some kind of retainer then? I remember a CRC car I had where the batts would slide on the slightest impact when I tried to run without it.

Sounds like thrust bearing make diff smooth out, guess I should get it on my ride.

These things are great, you will be blown away with how smooth the diff will be not to mention not haveing to replace the outer bearing all the time.

the advantage i have seen from a thrust bearing is that the wheel bearing doesnt take as much abuse.the diff will feel the same without the thrust bearing but if you take a good side shot to the rear axle you can run into problems without the thrust bearing.i have run with and with out a thrust.i felt that the diff was a little better when fresh without it but the thrust is very smoothe and does increase the life of the bearing.hope this helps.

the car is equiped with a infinitely adjustable battery locator for those fine weight adjustments.we use the IRS locator plate and i have 3 mounting adjustments on the chassis to compliment all of the adjuster holes already in the locator plate itself.the battery is held in there real good.

you know its not like that. i am just really wanting to help get 1/12th going strong this year.i love this class.

also,i just got the rear pivot balls and the ball studs back from getting the nickel teflon plating today.they are TOO SMOOTHE!!! they really are awesome.i installed them in some central pivots and was literally blown away with how smoothe they were.things are really going better than i could have asked for
