Hi,

I'm very interested in the new servo mount. That looks really cool and is a nice tuning option.
Do you ship worldwide? If yes how much is the servo mount incl. shipping to Germany?

Thanks
Cheers
Chris

FYI, in Jason's pic you see he is running his motor tires over the top pod plate. You can do this on a DB12R because the top of the pod is A LOT lower than any other car on the market. This means the wires as shown are at the same level as on other cars running under the top pod plate. This setup will not interfere even with low slung bodies like the Protoform Speed 12.

the wires were not even close to touching the body either.i mounted up the HD speed 8 and rested the body on without body clips and it sat on the pivoting clips with no contact of the wires.i was real happy with the fit of the brushless.i will bring it in tommorow to show it to you bro.

How close are the sensor wires to hitting on the rear pod? Looks awfully close.

Vicko, I ran mine the The Track tonight and it was better than I thought it would be. Having not ran at Mimi's in a while I managed to put some good laps in with out pounding the boards. And when I nailed a board it kept on running with no tweaking or mis-alignment.
Infact Perry ran it about 5 minutes and he was impressed with it cornering ability and the speed out of the turns...... Even Officier Stokes gave it a big thumbs up...

There is plenty of room. It is running under the top pod plate between the side damper ball studs and along the side of the center shock.

You can run the sensor wire as shown or you can run it along the left side of the chassis. Both ways work perfectly.

there is a cutout in the left side pod plate for the sensor wire.the front of the pod plates are kinda V shaped so the sensor wire can come out the left pod, around the front of the pod and down the center over the batteries.there is no issue with routing the sensor wire with LRP or novak motors.all have been fitted during development stages.

*Light wieght version uses thinner lexan.
So.. to compare Parma Speed8 and Protoform Speed12b, what's handleling difference? Or it should be choose based on traction condition?

I acturally like looks of Zytec best...

The Speed 12B is supposed to be Protoforms answer to the Parma Speed 8. They are both medium down force bodies for when the grip is so high you do not need more down force. This lets the car flow better in the corners and is more efficient especially when you are running with limited horsepower, i.e. 1/12th Stock class.

I would say they are very equal bodies. Just keep in mind if your track is not super high grip you might be better off with a Speed 12 or a Speed 8 HD.

Ive tried the speed 12b on carpet and asphalt and personally I dont like the way it makes my car handle, my car just handles super funny and squirrelly. The only 2 bodies I run are the Speed 12 and the Speed 8. the speed8 I just recently started to like as of this past weekend, But when all else fails I always turn to a Speed 12

Sounds like I better get Speed8 and Speed8HD together (or Speed12 and Speed12b), and pick the right body based on traction.... interesting...
