I would guess the answer to that would depend on a) the manufacturing tollerances of the drill bits you're comparing and b) what you're doing with them. NOMINALLY a 3.2mm bit is .001" larger than a 1/8, but tollerances could easily expand that a fair bit.

What are you using the drill bit for?

You need a reamer. A reamer is like a very sharp, very accurate drill bit made for sizing existing holes. Unlike a drill bit it isn't made to draw itself into the hole so the cutting surfaces aren't angled like a drill bit, they're straight up and down.

As I said before, when you run the reamer into the kingpin hole after tightening the stub axle in place you end up removing only a HINT of material, but it is enough (and JUST enough) to dramatically free-up movement on the kingpin but not creat slop.

How are the machined spur gears coming along? I really like my PRS ones but they are hard to get and everyone I can order them from wants to charge me way too much in shipping. Shipping ordering straight from PRS was $18 for $17 worth of spur gears, or something to that effect.

I will be testing the new spur gears out at snowbirds to see how they work out. Everything should be good from what i am figuring and i will go into production immediately.

I only made them for the rear to try to free the rear end up under high bite conditions. Snowbirds will be an excellent test. I made about 15 sets of each size for prototypes. I made 2 thicknesses for good flex adjustment. The thinner ones allowed the wheel to flex lightly on the inside and the stiff ones made the inner sidewall just as stiff as the outer sidewall. They are press in inserts that require no glue or screws. They came out really cool and weigh close to nothing. I made them from delrin and they are nicely machined to a real nice fit in the wheel. I think this will be a key tuning option. How cool is that to have adjustable wheels.

I also forgot to mention that they are reusable so when you are done with a set of tires, you just pop them out and put them in a new set.
