Default serpent s400/710 body mounts

I purchased new body mounts for my s400 by buying the 710 body mounts. They sure look the same in the little pictures, are they? Also, I checked on RC Market for the Serpent aluminum CVD's, but they were out of stock. Any chance of getting these back in stock soon? Where can I get s400 decals?..just wondering.

The car is so easy to drive and set up for people like me that aren't experts on EP that will be a shame to loss this car.
any news regarding the parts..?

Default Serpent S400 is dead?

Sad for me, but I think its dead. No parts are coming in at all. I heard they are developing a new S400 chassis; with a one piece upper deck, etc.. this true? I think the only place that sells this kit is RC mushroom.... Any other? I'm thinking to get one more kit (Their shipping is very steep, though). I guess when it comes down to it 40 bucks shipping is nothing compared to what we've all dropped into this hobby....

F.Y.I:

I purchased a front one way kit from serpent america direct, but I noticed the outdrives are a bit big for the car's CVD bones... I thought their fit and finish were flawless...am I installing this thing wrong??

we use the 720 outdrives and enlarge them a bit to allow the plastic blade.. the production ones are too sloppy in the middle and do not hold the axle centered...

Default S400 parts

I got a fair amount of parts for the S400 like the front/rear lower arms, L/R Aluminum C hubs, steering blocks just to name a few, I know that it is not listed in my website but just give as a call.

Do the 720 outdrives fit right into the S400 spool? And if you didn't enlarge them for the blades would they still work like the normal S400 outdrives?

That is one of the few things still stressing me about the shortage of parts for the S400. Because most of the plastics can be switched to Tamiya or Xray pieces. However, I haven't found a solution for my spool outdrives.
