Are Tamiya a-arms, c-hubs and steering blocks interchangeable ?
Yeah, i'd like to know that too. Especially about the C-Hubs since the 4 degrees are out of stock since for ever.

I know this isn't really the classified section but I wanted to offer my S400 to you Serpent fans before I take it "public". The car is very fresh with lots of spares and a few upgrades too. PM me if interested.

Hi,
do you guys recommend buying the S400 and do we get parts for it? I heard that the car was not being made anymore is that true?

Default S400 Rear Diff Ring

Hi All

I am running this car in Singapore and already convert some of its parts to Tamiya type such as a-arms, rear bearing hub, dog bones ... etc due to limited part support here. I am running 5cell with 7T brushed motor in local track. The car is so far so good.
Would need your advice on the replacement of rear diff ring, do anyone of you know if I can use Tamiya, HPI ... etc ?

Thanks
Ernest

Well the lack of parts finally got me. Does anyone know if another manufacture makes c-hub bushings that will fit the s400. From the looks of it the Hot Bodies might. Looks like the change to Xray is coming faster then I predicted.

i loved my xray when i had it, i just couldn't afford to maintain it.. the $20 belts, and $20 dogbones, $7 arms are rediculous... i'm looking to sell my serpent when i get from vacation.. not sure what i'll get though..
