What iterest's me are the specs, 30amp discharge with auto cut of for indivudal cells at 0.8/0.9v per cell would be best

Nope it's just your every day plane Jane discharger... with a fancy out side... but it has a good ammount of draw from what I have read...5amps

I just bought this set of files that make chassis pre a thing of the past they work so good.... I was able to prep my PAL A-Spec in about 30 mins...
the file almost looks like sand paper -Dave
