We are getting the PAL motor mount/drive shaft unit. They should be shipping them out to us today, which means we should have them towards the end of next week. Honestly though, I'm not sure how many we are getting but they definitely held some aside for us, it seems to be an extremely popular item in Japan.

Also, we will be getting the aluminum c-hubs and rear hub carrier in the same shipment it seems like. We got some prototypes in and they look very nice and I believe they are cheaper than the square ones. These are made by Xenon Racing, a strong supporter of Alex Racing products in Japan.

Lastly, we are trying to get some Xenon Racing inserts in to try out. Supposedly, these are the top secret inserts used by all the fast guys (including Masami Hirosaka) in Japan. I heard the R&D and designer of Tamiya cars ran them this past tuesday at SoCal too. Well, secret no more!

Herm, time for bed...R/C tech will still be here tomorrow when you wake up

Good news Steve.... Looks like you'll have to e-mail me as soon as you get them in hahhaahahah ..

Also did you get a chance to ask them for the Transponder mounts before they shipped..?

So I take it the motor mount comes with the alloy drive shaft witht he ball joint ends then. I kinda like the light weight graphite shaft, with no slop from the dog bone type joint. Seems like another part to wear out, especially if it's aluminium. Not like I can afford it yet anyway
I doubt that you'll get any ware from the PAL drive system..... it's 7075 T-6 Alloy...thats some tought Sh!t

Hey guys, have you seen the Triox X-plosion? It looks like the Cuda with the battery on the other side. I think it comes with the alu center shaft holders standard already. Interesting...
