Dave is right, my Cuda is fully loaded and looks so good. Then again the TC3 is the IRS spec with the eye candy too. Ain't in the same league as the Cuda....on all counts!

Dont know if it needs anything else, but whats in the pipeline...who knows.
Dave, any ideas??????

a 2.5mm Hex wrench will be needed a lot for the top deck/shock tower screws. equaly important is a No.2 philips screw driver, for all the other main screws, if you go with kit screws, which are fine, if you take care when unscrewing them.
If you want to save money you can get a cheap allen key to do the CVD's/pinions, 1.5mm is what you need.

I would be suprised if you don't have a philips screw driver that is suitable already somewhere in the house, it's a very common tool for all sorts of houshold items.

You'll also need something for the wheel nuts and shock mount nuts, can't remember the two sizes, the HPI cross wrench does both and should be cheap from a model shop, it also does turnbuckles and another size of nut.

advantage of stainless -
1. although you can get philps stainless most r/c stainless are hex head
2. depending on individual they may look better (like ti screws)
3. if your in santa barbara then they won't rust (being close to ocean)

other than this I wouldn't say they do anything more or less than the stock screws.

There is nothing wrong with the kit screws other than they use philips heads, which can strip if you don't have a good fitting screw driver and don't put enough pushing force into the screw. I find I strip them a little too easily, mostly because I have slightly weak hands made worse by a broken arm a few years back
