Made a setup sheet for the CGM from the first race.. I have to excuse that it's in Swedish but you just have to understand the link positions and things

Default Steering Play

I just noticed yesterday that my steering had a little bit of "play". I have the Rayspeed Steering Kit as well.

Whenever I wiggle the wheels, there is some play involved.

Anyone know what is wrong?

more than likely nothing is wrong, there is play in the steering of every car. You could replace all the ballcups and it will be alittle tighter but after a couple weeks you'll have the same play

I've worn out the hole in the axle where the pin is located,
and today i drilled out a coupla extra holes.
Just to let you guys know this:
the center is 1.75mm away from the end of the axle.
hole/pin is 1.5mm diameter.

Well, just when I seem to be getting my Yok SD handling the way I need it to, the indoor season comes to an end

My RS chassised SD has been very quick through the latter stages of the S&DMCC championship, well on the pace with the quickest drivers and the highest placed Yok SD overall. My overall championship position was 4th. In the last race of the season, I managed to lead the A final for most of the race, before finally yeilding to the charging Losi XXXS of Kevin Hunt. I figured it was better to retain 2nd than tangle with him and finish last!

Kevin's claim to fame was once racing AND BEATING Craig Drescher

But anyway, now it's Off Road time again. Putting the touring cars away for 6 months is a real test. Absence certainly makes the heart grow fonder

I dare say I'll still find the time to argue now and then on the forum though!

Regards

Horatio

Too bad, the Summer lets us run sedans on Asphalt outdoors, really the best time of the year. Congrats on your finish.

I feel your pain! However, for me, Spring/Summer is just around the corner and that means rising temperatures and burning hot asphalt.
