I think I posted this pic awhile ago when I ran them on my SSG chassis. I used the Tamiya 5.5 shim kit.

The part that bends is the thin Camber link mounts. Also when using them in the rear.. it makes for getting to the top motor screw a pain sometimes. But that's just me. I'm sure plenty of people haven't had any trouble with them at all.

I'll pick up the CGM conversion kit as soon as it hits the shops here in Japan!
I want to try and obtain the kit before the Yokomo cup which is on the 20-21st of December!
I believe it's a carbon graphite based tub.

Do you say that the tobee bones are weaker than the stock ones?

There's a new version of the Shooter's upper deck mount coming, but I'm not sure when it will be available. It's thicker than the old one, and maybe it won't bend as easily.
Here's a picture of it:

I just ordered my Suzuki hubs from; www.speedworldraceway.com I should have them in a few days, I hope... Speedtech's been out of stock on them for a while, I'd have rather gotten them from there though...

It is not the Atheena chassis. It is similar though. The upper deck is 3mm with no cutouts and the screws for the motor mount are countersunk. The bottom chassis plate only has the one cutout under the motor and of course the battery slots. The chassis is very stiff without the center brace, and it does not tweek like the original chassis. I would compare the stiffness to the original Xray T1 - very stiff!
