I think I posted this pic awhile ago when I ran them on my SSG chassis. I used the Tamiya 5.5 shim kit.

So bottom line this Shooters piece gives more steering? All the roll center talk is nice to me besides looking pretty I get more traction or less? Just don't get T-Boned by a bone head.

I'm sure plenty of people haven't had any trouble with them at all.
Yeah, that was the first thing I noticed was the material was very thin. The ones that were included with the Surkiarn had plenty material on them, never heard of one breaking...

I'll pick up the CGM conversion kit as soon as it hits the shops here in Japan!

I want to try and obtain the kit before the Yokomo cup which is on the 20-21st of December!

I believe it's a carbon graphite based tub.

There is two version of the "upper link mount". The newer
ones are thicker.

Do they have about the same amount of material as the Surikarn upper deck mounts?

Do you say that the tobee bones are weaker than the stock ones?

There's a new version of the Shooter's upper deck mount coming, but I'm not sure when it will be available. It's thicker than the old one, and maybe it won't bend as easily.

Here's a picture of it:

I just ordered my Suzuki hubs from; www.speedworldraceway.com I should have them in a few days, I hope... Speedtech's been out of stock on them for a while, I'd have rather gotten them from there though...

It is not the Atheena chassis. It is similar though. The upper deck is 3mm with no cutouts and the screws for the motor mount are countersunk. The bottom chassis plate only has the one cutout under the motor and of course the battery slots. The chassis is very stiff without the center brace, and it does not tweek like the original chassis. I would compare the stiffness to the original Xray T1 - very stiff!

So was that custom made for you, or were there more?

The shop finally got my mill in stock, and it should go out to me on Monday
