No matter what i do i cant get equal toe, even spacing the one side out, i have tried all new parts as well as a new bottom chassis and its the same. Can anyone offer any help?

Thanks Ya`All
Are the coupler clamps bent? This can cause the toe to not be equal side to side. This is the only time I've had any problems with the rear toe not being equal.

yes the toe couplers will bend and break also if you do not use the screw to hold the blocks on you will have to make sure to push them in as you tighten down the screws on the bottom of the chassis if not they can be uneven

also check rear uprights... they can also bend out in a big hit. Typically you will see less toe on that side, since the uprights bend out (uless they hit was from the rear). Check the hinge pin also since they do bend. and of course our favorite the rear couple clamp. You will see the obvious ones, but even a slight bend can mess with toe and they are hard to notice sometimes. A give away is a slight stress line near the rear mounting hole on the side.

I'm switching from brushed to brushless, and I was told that your spur and pinion ratio is different if your are running a brushed motor compared to a brushless. So if I was running a 100 tooth spur and a 29 tooth pinion while using a brushed motor, what spur and pinion would I have to use for a brushless motor? (I run stock if you need to know that)

And which "stock" brushless motor would you be using?

And describe the track(s) you are running at? Foam or rubber?

And indicate how long you have been racing? What level?

Specialized RC has a chassis which is 3 mm thick but has different front and rear cutouts which make it a lot stiffer than the stock 2.9 mm chassis. The carbon fiber is different between the stock chassis and the SRC chassis as well, which also helps with the stiffness. I hope this helps.
Brad, do you have a part number for the 3mm chassis you spoke of? The only one I found on the corally web site was a 3.4mm and the part number is 79839. or is this the same chassis you were talking about? Thanks

i was going to go with the Losi Xcelorin system. I run on foam. I have been racing for 3 years. Not sure what level I am at. The track I run at is fairly small and tight. A 100 tooth spur and about a 29 tooth pinion give or take a couple teeth work well at my home track for a brushed motor.
