We use it on asphalt and carpet. The suspension reacts a lot better because of it. If you are having problems with leaking shocks then I would replace the o-rings. You should not have any problems with using the A5050 spacer in the shock.

With only one o-ring, I would say that the shock fluid change is good for about 1/3 to 1/2 the duration of using two o-rings.

I currently have the single o-ring setup on my rubber carpet car. Cannot call this a recommendation.

It's used on both carpet and asphalt. It is an advantage if done right. EX: You must polish the shock shaft and replace the lower o-ring closest to the c-clip with the losi A-5050 with the larger spacer(only 4 of this size comes in the package.) With properly built shocks you will find a HUGE difference in the overall performance.

FYI...There may be a ton of used left rear bulkheads on the market when the new offset BL motor bulkhead is introduced. Can you say Specialized??? LOL

I've had one of those for a while now. I'm a machinest ... I tend to have more problems with the right rear bulkheads though... Clancing the sweeper and sending me straight into the outside wall at the hobbyplex.. Sad part is I did it there a month before nats, and while at nats :-/

New shock bodies, huh? Let me guess, they give you... wait for it... more steering?

Well, I actually JUST noticed these. They only have room for one oring... which is cool. The main idea I think is to get the shock pistons further down in the shock so it doesnt bottom out on the bladder.... or so the shock bottom doesn't hit the bottom of the shock body.

But... I haven't seen one quite yet so I wouldnt be able to give you an EXACT answer

I'm just being facetious. It seems like every Corally update includes something about "more steering." I've been teasing my Corally friends back home about it. The picture of the shock bodies looked kinda gold. Going RC10 style on us?

There's only one true shade of blue. Tamiya blue. Believe it!

I always liked Corally's subtle blue parts more than the grey ones.
