Yes, the sintered rotors definately seem to help the motors not only stay cooler but also withstand higher temperatures!
This in turn leads to a cooler, more efficient system as a whole!

Do you know which type of bl motor Ronald use? 4.5t or 3.5t?
If he ran X11 3.5t(653w horse power ) in the extreme conditions without motor heatsink and fan, I guess the TC-spec performance is the best of all world.

We tested different motors from 3.5 to 4.5t with Ronald, we were not close with any of them to shutdown...
Toshihiko Hara ran the 3.5t with TC-Spec since Wednesday morning throughout the entire event without any problems.

I have tested the TC spec with X11 4.5t, final gear ratio 9.3 without motor heatsink testing in a middle size outdoor track, very good low to middle power and good handling even use a old GP3300 pack, just only the motor got very heat but no shut down issue.
Besides, I know the software is the same but any hardware difference between 2007 version and TC-Spec?
