I'd start around 4.8-5.0 with 198 firmware.

Give me like 30 minutes to post. You have an order in for a shaft already too don't you?
I have no orders pending other than the spool I just ordered a few moments ago. I was one of the first to get the layshaft. Thanks for getting it listed and good luck on your certification test.

The spool doesn't come with the diff outdrives and pully. It does have the screws so all you need is a spare kit diff pully and 2 spare dif outdrives.

I think we need to look more hard for a new layout on the chassis
We have the same problem looming here in oz.... 1425g for next year so I need to lose some weight to maintain my f/r weight balance. I don't know what was wrong with the old weight limit. I guess this is just a change for the sake of change.

Paul.... got a spool or 2 put aside for me yet? Loving the spool on carpet so far! After getting used to the slightly different driving style needed, it is so much quicker than my last setup. Had to use the brakes to stop myself running into the back of others!!

Most usually start with Mike Hayne's rubber/carpet/spool setup and change to your driving style from there...

Hope this helps.

Agreed, sorry about that. For some reason I keep getting DNS errors trying to get to the admin page on my site (1and1 internet issue probably) but as soon as they get it worked out i will have it fixed up. I plan on offering a bundle once the stock of those outdrive parts arrives.

All orders placed before 9am this morning are shipped. You should have them Thursday. Wed is the last day to get your order in to be SURE you have them for this weekend.

All that are attending the Xray Race in Jackson I will have a few spools on hand and a bunch of layshafts save your 5$ shipping and see me at the start of the day. I should be there around 7am-730am ish.
