Hi D_o_S,

I shall find out tomorrow if we have a distributor in Germany. You will then be able to order our products through your LHS. If we don't, I suggest ordering through our website at:

Default Quality

I have numerous parts from TiR,
Input shafts for a Yokomo SD are never true nor does the screw depth for the drive grear be deep enough.
Had 4 drive shafts all break cos of air bubbles in the mould and had 2 axles shear.
No this is not from hitting anything hard or having the steering throw to great.
As for pinions I wont even go their

On a somewhat related note, buying TiR parts will not improve your spelling or punctuation.

Default outdrives

I have a TiR spool fitted in my BD twice yesterday the outdrives come out sending the car into spin and destroyng my race.

are TiR going to do anything about this problem? i understand this is a common problem.

Hi Paul, just wanted to stop by and tell you that as a Schumacher USA driver I have used alot of your products over the years. Right now I have the Worlds CVD's, shock mounts and just about all of the new TiR pinions. I do have one issue.

Hi all,

yoko - when you replaced the outdrive back into the spool unit did you hear it snap into place?

Bob - What is your issue?

Regards
Paul

Ive had a few TiR products, including a Pro4 spool which was excellent.
Currently the only TiR thing i can find is my worlds pinion set. There amazingly light and no complaints there either.
Shame some other people have had bad experiences.

Hi we have had this problem as well, and yes the outdrive was pushed in properly. A solution is to use a few o rings inside the outdrive (2 is required), before inserting the drive shaft in place. This will stop the outdrive coming out far enough to disengage from the pins in the main spool body, but not lock things up to tightly. Since doing this have never had a problem.

Hope that helps

one of the pinions didnt have the hole drilled to the correct diameter. It makes it nearly impossible to use. I actually was going to just PM you about that but forgot to delete that part

Hi Bob,

Unfortuantely, some times the pinion holes do come slightly smaller. This is due to the anodising. Sometimes the pinions are left in the solution a bit too long and the anodised surface builds up too much and the hole becomes too small. Usually drilling the hole with a drill bit will cure the problem.
