Haha so true. It's nice when the exchange rate is decent, but usually the euro is worth considerably more than the USD so the prices aren't as great as they seem. Currently 1 euro = 1.09 USD

Regarding the flat head screen on upper shock mount. The mount has hash marks.. so I suppose you adjust the shock position using the flat head screw,, if that's the case, pretty ingenious

How would a flathead would be beneficial over a 2.0 or 1.5 to adjust shock angle.

probably the same reason why the tuning screws on a carb for nitro car are still flatheads.

Old habits? No reason a new car with a new suspension design needs a legacy screw head.

Maybe manufacturing costs? It's much easier to cut a slot vs broaching a hex. plus a slot works better when dirty vs a 1.5mm hole filled with oil and dirt.

Probably just easier to assess how much of a turn you are adjusting on a flathead. quarter turn, half turn, etc.

I think the flat head damper adjustment is a good idea. It's probably proprietary hardware since it has to have something to prevent it from moving like an o-ring.

Again can't wait, it's a cool looking car.

because china already has all the tooling to pump out standard screws dirt cheap. but hey, why complain about a pointless detail that you can replace when you buy your mtc3 for a screw style you prefer?

Arguing about a theoretical screw that may or may not be on the car to begin with. I have seen the screw but carry on! :D
