They aren't special, they did a manufacturing update moving the tooling hole to a less stressful area. It still doesn't prove anything until they get in the hands of some club racers though lol!

The fact that only these guys have them right now means they are special.

I'm guessing we haven't seen them more because they have old stock to get rid of first and the teams guys stock have started to run out. Here is a pic from Jan 21 of the new arms from FB, so its not like this is something new only the team guys have now. Jan didn't have them on at the Mibosport race a few weeks ago and clearly they were out by then.

That banner in the background still has room for 2–3 more sponsor logos. It looks so clean and uncrowded.

Goto's car seemed to possibly have an updated motor mount from the show samples? Notice it's not anodized...

Or he has an original prototype and never bothered changing it over to a production sample?

I considered that option...but the manufacturers are normally pretty keen on getting 'current level proto' cars out in the wild...especially when they are allowing for photos.
Makes me wonder if there have possibly been last minute refinements to the kit prior to final production and release?

The results were certainly impressive...I'm looking forward to this kit.
