Do you have a set of calipers? If so, measure the distance between the pulley and inside of the bearing on the spool for each side. I will check mine and we'll see if its different.

Did you cut the top deck at the front? Using 2 holes vs 4 ? Or is that an optical illusion

Or just use the front spool from an MTC1 (I broke my stock one during a race so all I had was an old mugen one to use)

What sticks out to me is that your belt is resting on the left side of the pulleys and the previous set of pictures had the belt resting on the right side of the pulleys. That's probably a good 1-2mm worth of clearance. Manufacturing tolerances will tend to dictate which side of the pulley the belt naturally gravitates to.

You’re correct in the belt placement between the photos…I didn’t even notice. Here’s one with the belt pressed to the right.

Distance from pulley to inside of bearing:
Aluminum spool: 5.1mm
Plastic spool: 3.4mm
Cero gear diff: 5.6mm (pulley is centered)

Here is my setup from Sunday’s club race track temps were 158 degrees after each run the tires were coming out between 163-171. The car had really good traction all day . KrazedBuilds is currently working on a carbon version that I should be able to be testing pretty soon

Good turnout over there? I'm thinking about coming over to heroes and racing VTA once it cools off a little bit.
