Thank you.

Can someone explain to me what the difference is between the Exotek chassis and the ITF AE chassis? I'm just not sure what all the hype is all about, because they are both 2mm chassis. Is there a performance gain going to the Exotek chassis? The reason why I'm ask all the questions is because I need to get a new chassis for my rubber car. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the exotek allows more balance and with the special weights that they give to hold the battery in u dont need any lead on the car at all and the flex is same side to side

The Exotek allows for more balanced flex side to side. It also allows for you to balance the chassis easily and with little or no additional weight. I really enjoyed the car with the Exotek upper deck which is an additional tuning option.

my front spool is the standard diff w/no balls and pads rather than steel rings - during todays racing it became free - ie. you can hold one wheel and turn the other easily.

my question is what is the difference in performance between the stock set-up and the solid spool #31179? Should I replace the stock set-up with the #31179 spool?

The biggest difference is the slipper spool will give in the event of an impact, a solid spool will not...I like to run the slipper spool myself.
