That is such a relief. I have been looking everywhere for 6x10x4 and I can find VERY few of them and they are VERY expensive.
6x10x3 on the other hand are everywhere!

Ive done a bit of a search across various boards looking for something but not had a ton of luck - Running in a newly assembled car - what can be said about that? I made sure to keep the diffs real loose on the first run, and have been gradually tighening them since. I still dont really know how tight is appropriate.
What else should i know, or is that basically it?

Doh! I knew what I meant, I wrote it backwards. The manual states 6x10x4mm bearings, they are actually 6x10x3mm. Sorry guys, but you all confirmed it, the manual is wrong. I already asked this question directly from AE support on their website; my post and AE's response is out there. AE confirmed it to be a misprint.

Does the toe change if you flip the hubs from side to side? Are they new hubs? I havent seen any new hubs that arent right so far. Sometimes you bend them in big crashes though. The holes are molded and not drilled so they should be pretty accurate.

As for bending them, nope. I was just setting it up on my bench at home when I noticed the ridiculous difference in toe! I hadn't even got the car on the track yet.
Anyhow, that all being said, I drove it last night with the wonkey shim setup and it's fine. I ordered some parts for it to see if the new ones are any better but I'll drive it as is until I break it.
Another note, this thing has insane steering! I used to run my dual rate at 75 with my RDX and I had to change the setting down to 35 for the TC5! I also had to reduce my rear droop quite a bit. I'm probably only running about 1mm of droop, although I am going to increase it slightly now that I'm a little more used to it. And this is all with a mostly stock setup and RUBBER tires!
Kit chassis, kit springs, no sways, and a one-way. I love it!!!

I'd have to say your servo horn is too long. I went thru the same thing until I was able to "level" out the steering turnbuckle. If your running a Futaba servo then Dubro makes a horn kit that has one just the right length. With a one way and the correct length, I'm at 78% on my dual rate after setting my EPA (set with dual at 100%) just before steering hits the stops.

same here. I thought that mine would be here today so hopefully it comes tomorrow or else I will have to put the car back together with the original equipment. I have the top spool as a back up though. Good thing I'm really good friends with the guy running TOP USA
