Bought a Trinity monster horspower machine, there is a condition run that helps you break-in the brushes up to a perfect condition, put the voltage at 4 volts for the break-in, then test your motor at 4.8 volts to check for amps and rpm.

Note the amp peak, wich will occure at maybe 6 or 7000, that is your torque, after that check for max rpm.

A new motor, tested at 1.06 amp and 10500 rpm at 4.8 volts
A broken-in motor, tested at 2.36 amp and 13600 rpm at 4.8 volts

Be patient and remember the "machine" stops at condition 1 for the brushes
wich is the perfect number. Sometimes it doesn't reach 1 but will stop at the best number.

Yes and if the fantom dyno is accurate it has more torque and the power #'s are higher. Don't think I'll be dropping any more motors even if your motor #s went up by almost 15%. I'll bring my lap top as I've got some very interesting results with some very simple techniques. I'll need you're help to see if they transfer from dyno to track performance.

Will the rccardr’s team of MIT intern’s prove to be a good investment? Will Team Wier’s 2 car team be outlawed by TCS race management due to drafting benefits or has Mr. White passed on his tuning secrets to his band of local followers?

Will FMW institute an RPM rule this year that negates the off season insanity that is silver can racing? Many questions yet to be answered young Padawan's...

For those racing in the Trackside event know that prying eyes will be taking copious notes for those of us watching the parade from the curb.

Best of luck all,

Brandon here,

Due to some personal conflicts I will not be competing at TCS this year nor will I be there to root for my my comrads. I hope everyone has a good year and best of luck.

Thank You,
Brandon a.k.a "SirSwiftAlot"

Bummer; you will be missed.

This year's early socal date conflicts with the LA Marathon, had to decide which agony of "de-feet" to choose? Decided I'd lose at TCS this year
