New kick ass body from JC or Pro-Line.
I've run both center diff and slipper and I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt slipper reigns supreme in 1/10. Easy adjustment allows for fine tuning perfectly for any track type and conditions. All cars benefit from being able to dial in slip. Center gear diff provides instant power or nothing so I found my cars to be twitchy with them. Went back to slipper and they're like gun buttah!

It'd be good to offer the center gear diff at a nominal fee or include it in the box for those who prefer it, but a slipper should be included regardless IMPO. Belt drive has had a huge resurgence and almost every belt drive car has proved darned good.

Best guess; 2 months from this post we'll see body off pics of a prototype. Total guess. We'll see how far I'm off and have a good laugh!

Should see the new wheeler tomorrow. So far this week three new cars in three days. Tomorrow on day four will be 4x4 10th scale day.
4 days X 4 cars = 4x4 or new 44 B2 car

They bought that design from JC...

"The Factory Team B44 project came to life in 2003 as a cooperative effort between Team Associated and J Concepts' Jason Ruona and Brad Reelfs. After Team Associated's Ryan Cavalieri won the 2005 IFMAR World Championships in Collegno, Italy with the BJ4 Worlds Edition, Area 51 shifted into overdrive to produce a true "Associated"-inspired 4WD buggy that would continue to dominate the 4WD off road racing class. The B44 is the result of this two-year development effort."

JC's design was also ~75% existing AE content (drive train, rear suspension). There were other TC3 conversions out there but to their credit, JC did it the best.

I do believe that's how JConcepts was born. Not bad....
