haha. all true. re: "we could all ramble on about what we'd like to see" - updated to metric, rear wing threaded "button style" supports, 12mm hex on all corners, diffs sliding out from the front and rear easily, less screws through chassis, stick with 3 gear diffs drivetrain, maybe a carpet config/setup and a clay/dirt? New kick ass body from JC or Pro-Line.
It'd be good to offer the center gear diff at a nominal fee or include it in the box for those who prefer it, but a slipper should be included regardless IMPO. Belt drive has had a huge resurgence and almost every belt drive car has proved darned good.

They bought that design from JC...
"The Factory Team B44 project came to life in 2003 as a cooperative effort between Team Associated and J Concepts' Jason Ruona and Brad Reelfs. After Team Associated's Ryan Cavalieri won the 2005 IFMAR World Championships in Collegno, Italy with the BJ4 Worlds Edition, Area 51 shifted into overdrive to produce a true "Associated"-inspired 4WD buggy that would continue to dominate the 4WD off road racing class. The B44 is the result of this two-year development effort."
