Hey guys, im looking for some help, my track when warm is very high bite but it has cooled a good bit and can be in the 40s at night. With that said, when the track is in the 40s mu car has much less rear grip, i've tried everything from adding up to 6 deg of rear toe lol to adding a bunch of front droop. I cant get the rear to hook up on exit. The way I see it is that i need to add a bunch of rear weight or wait for the DE gearbox. Dont get me wrong, when the grip is up the car hooks up very well but now that its cool Im struggling to be competitive against the dirt style mid motor cars...

Thanks for the info my friend. I assumed that it would run good with the medium flex parts and incorporating the ball diff makes tons of sense.
Asking as I am getting impatient waiting for the dirt edition, thus thinking about picking up the carpet edition. Tune it best I can for lower bite conditions and eventually grab the dirt edition motor mount and gear box.
Thanks again

Yep they are shorter but had no issues getting 16-17mm ride height. They work great on the car but I think they may be a tad to stiff on the stock car that is only 1475grams. I can't wait to add some weight on the car just waiting for the weights to be released. I am currently running a setup very similar to Marlins eos hudy arena setup. My local carpet track is high bite.

Invaded my car today, I rebuilt may ball diff and glued up some aka slicks and my car was soooo much better. We raced reedy style head up racing today and I took a 1, 2 and 3. The car was excellent.

The fourth run of the day, mine is the white car you hear the race directory talking about at the start. I started 7th and finished 3rd, had a good change at a 2nd finish but made to many mistakes. ..
Overall I took second
