IMO, just fine against ANY other truck, Last Sunday at my home track everyone mostly had Tekno trucks but I won with my Rapture..

Honestly, there really isn't much of a comparison. The other 2 trucks you mentioned are probably decent out of the box, but then like so many others out there, will require you to spend almost half of what you paid for the truck (or more) for the "must have" upgrades to be competitive (one of my pet peeves). The Rapture has already been honed to be competitive right out of the box. Anything you buy after that is simply about fine tuning or customization, but never necessity. These trucks are bomb-proof. It will take a lot to have major breakage on parts of the Rapture. The only limit this truck has, is how hard its driver will push it.

OK, so my 1st impression of the Graupner esc is very high.
1. Has a plug in on & off switch so it can be changed if needed.
2. Size is really good for a 1/8th esc
3. Runs sensored or unsensored

I will be programming and testing soon

It is not the 2.0 as that just came out a month ago BUT it can be updated to a 2.0

It is a 1.0. While the truck has some age on it, i highly doubt you would have any issues on it that would give you any real grief if any. These trucks just plain hold up well and it looks like Mr. Fair takes really good care of his and is including option parts and spares that make it a heck of a deal. Just something to consider.

I am sure it will be a good product. The guys at Graupner are working hard to make a name for themselves here in the states, they have been a big player in Europe for a long time. I was able to meet with Manny who is one of the guys who run the USA distributor for Graupner and these guys really do their homework and a lot of testing prior to releasing their products.

Any decent setup starting points for a large 1/8th scale track? loose and bumpy with pretty good size jumps.
