Xray just post the XB8 coming soon. So next is marketing "hype" then release. The E version follows shortly thereafter. Guess? Mid Spring.

I was about to pull the trigger on a XB8E ‘23. Sounds like I should wait. It won’t be until late spring when it dries out up here.

I was already eyeing the 2023 model and now the 2024 was just announced. I know some years have better updates than others. Are the updates in the 2024 year really worthwhile or is the 2023 still a good buy given it's being steeply discounted now? I've heard a chassis update is a big deal for Xray. I'm just your average joe club racer who can only get on the track a half dozen races a year.

2023 is good, but it's highly recommended to upgrade to the zero rebound shocks. By the time you factor in those, you are at the price of a new 2024 which includes the 3-way shocks.

Default XB8E “15” front shock tower

Anyone know what part number would replace #352096? My front shock tower on my “15” is cracked and can’t seem to find a replacement. Wondering if a newer model tower would work in its place.
Thanks in advance been out of 1/8 for a few years and looking to get back.

How long does it typically take RCAmerica to get the kits in stock once the new year's model is announced?

Usually months since all their kits are normally pre sold to team drivers.
