Thanks for the update - let us know where you end up on springs and fluids once you do your testing. Would be knowledge to know moving forward.

Thanks!

Absolutely Amazing. That's how my truck felt yesterday. Honestly my truck had never felt so planted and it was like driving a complete different truck. I didn't change my springs because the truck jumped level and cornered perfect.

Definitely night and day difference from my last race weekend where my truck weighed in at 2110g and I started mid pack in the B main. Where this weekend my truck weighed in at 1725g and I started 6 in the A main and finished 4th. I am definitely happy with those results and all the wrenching I put in.

Any chance those that are using the Kyosho Gold Springs, or the AE Greens, on your T5M can confirm the part numbers you are using (or links to them on one of the retailer sites)?

Just want to ensure I snag the correct ones.

Thanks!

That goes double here. I'd like to rebuild my shocks and diff this next week so some new springs would be great to try on the new track

For all you folks thinking of running the Kyosho springs, be sure to run the buggy golds. I found the Kyosho truck golds to be too stiff for me.....the buggy golds are money. They are not the same.

I have tried them and IMHO the new Associated truck springs are better.
I am using gray fronts and white rears. The plus side is the AE springs are 1/4 the price!

We are running the new AE whites all the way around on our truck and it's really good.

Thanks all - I will likely snag some of the AE greens and whites to start. Still have the stock white and blues on it, so time for some type of a change.

Appreciate all the insight.

Are the new AE springs different part numbers or if I buy online is it just a crap shoot?
