you should never have anything you care about or is of a decent value shipped USPS.. they are fine most of the time...

but when there is a problem they arent in a hurry to resolve it for you like the companies that actually profit from shipping.

In the past I had the JC hexes that originally had too short of screws. My LHS stocks du-bro which has all kinds of odd screws. Better than waiting

It's the North Sacramento terminal is where the hold-up usually occurs on products sent USPS from Amain.

Thanks for that. Plan was to find some screws tomorrow locally, hopefully the stripped threads on the one were not so severe to ruin the hex. Think it only caught the first couple threads so should be OK.

I too have had multiple things lost at West Sacramento and neither amain or the post office want to resolve it. It's gotten to where I won't order from there unless I can't find it anywhere else.

Amain is not the issue. It is USPS and lazy postal workers. I never ship high dollar items USPS. My normal postal worker is OK, but the temps have no clue how to read an S and N. all the time my stuff gets delivered to an apartment complex on the N side (one block away). Everytime I ask about it the post office knows about it already from all the other complaints about the temp.

If amain won't rectify, just get your money back with a chargeback through CC, or paypal, and be done with it. It's amain's responsibility to get that package to you.

how well has that worked out? reason I ask is that I remember Amain having a message that says if you don't explicitly ask for a certain form of delivery they are not responsible for lost packages I beleive or something to that effect.

Looks good! I think some careful dremel and glue work would get you a nice battery tray with more rear weight adjustment and standard waterfall placement.

YES

i do have another pod coming,
and the chassis has the holes to put two pods together in the center

i found this to be a easy solution for a battery strap

if i find i need to move the battery back or change things around , that is the next route
