I really like this buggy, cant wait to drive it! The 22-4 was just not right for me... I loved my Durango DEX410 and hope this car is better (more reliable) than the 410 was for me..

i think there's enough material for m4 screws. i'd rather have the m3 screws bend though to absorb the impact energy, otherwise something more expensive could get damaged. on my car i haven't damaged any mounts due to a bent screw.

Yes, this kit comes with the 4-piece body. Notice the con caved side pods that flow air through to the rear like an F1 car. Torrence said he couldn't make those with a 1-piece body, thus the 4-piecer.
I know a 1-piece body is possible but it requires some slicing to allow you to pull it off the mold.

I've built a b44.2 as well as a Durango. the D413 is way simpler to build. what do you mean by "systems comprised of smaller components"?
