haha, no. It might be time to change the oils though. I have about 30-40 packs on the diffs. It is only ass happy entering the corner off power. If I stay on the gas it is fine. I would stay on the gas, but traction rolling when carrying too much speed is an issue. I was running Ty's setup because I figured the reedy race was high bite and maybe his setup would be more calm. But I think he just like a lose car. Dont get me wrong, I have turned my fastest laps and fastest qualifiers with the loose car, I just dont like driving on the edge. I prefer a much more balanced car on and off power.

I got yea...Maybe go with a higher rear roll center and a longer link to settle the back a bit..

Dang.... 7k in rear seems high, I would say 3k-5k at most for rear, but each situation and drivers experience is different. Yea I would say atleast give 3K a try.

I'm running 7-100-3, my first week I ran 10-100-3 and the front pushed bad with 10 up front. Once I dropped it down to 7k in front was perfect and could hold tighter turns

Careful of going up to that 15K then. That for sure will help stability off power....but with the 7k in the rear and going up (15K) in the front you might develop some snap overseer on corner exit.

Finally got my hands on a 413 for testing! very well engineered car, we run on looser tracks so first thing i made was a more flexible upper deck!

Also found that the car scaled better with the ESC behind the motor, this pic was with all collars even and no additional weight added. crossweight is perfect as is rear numbers but front left is heavy even with the esc in the rear.

Testing friday!!

Is your pinion loose?

Got yea..

By the line running down the center of the spur it looks like the car was ran with the pinion half off the spur..

It doesnt appear that the front left to right is off far enough to really make a difference. maybe a sprinkle of weight LOL on the servo and it would be perfect but thats darn near a perfectly balanced 4wd buggy.

Yea I agree, although adding weight over the servo will add to rear right but cross weight is the most important. My real point was that i got into an argument with a guy about how Tessman puts the ESC in the front and RX behind the motor ,when i did that the scaling sucked and i see no reason to do that, the ESC and motor weighs almost identical to most shorty packs, having them across from one another makes the most sense to me!

I agree. Honestly, I put my esc where it is because that is where everyone seems to run it. I have been meaning to move the esc back. I was kinda waiting on the Avid d413 chassis to redo it all at once.
