Unfortunately quick + diff changes don't go hand in hand with this car.

You got that right. All the more reason to have multiple diffs pre-filled with different weight oils. Makes tuning quicker for different track conditions

Also, if anyone is interested, here's a YouTube link to a 6 minute heat I ran last night at RBS RC Track in Clarksville, Tn. Don't let the video fool you, the track is more challenging than it appears.

So what's the average diff setup everyone is using and what surface are you running on. I've tried a few and I'm not sure I like the high numbers..
I run on high bite clay indoor and medium traction dirt outside. Is 100k really necessary? Everytime I try a car it's horrible sounding on breaks. There's no coast it just locks up.

I race weekly on a high bite pure clay indoor track that cars use slicks on. I also just went out to R/C Excitement which is a clay/dirt mix and I had good results on both surfaces using 5/60/3 from front to back.

the diffs on an buggy are way bigger than the ones on a 1/10 buggy The less fluid you have in a diff it acts like the fluid is thinner

Just noticed this. The shocks have seemed a little funny. One front body is deeper than the other[IMG][/IMG]

I believe I remember them saying that they colored the originals with a permanent marker, or something like that.

Those are Jeremy Potter's cars, I believe he sent his orange parts out to be stripped and reanodized at Carolina Custom Anodizing.

Hey Ty, I know you said 30-60 days for the HB metal shock caps, was just wondering if you guys had a estimated date set yet for pre-ordering them now that we are coming up on that time frame that was set..
Thanks

Need help please. I see a lot of play on the steering crank set where the two screws goes with the washer and the flanged bushing. I try to add more washer but the play is still there a lot. When I move the left or the right wheel there is play at that point of the two screws is that normal???

THanks
