Did you try spraying it out with motor spray?

Hello everyone, I present to you my project to add a slipper/differential to the ZX6.

First the slipper/differential, it is made by using some part of the durango DEX410v5 :

Integration in the ZX6 :

The final render :

Lets make it real

3D printed part :

Slipper assembly :

Differential assembly :

Note instead of Durango slipper/differential, we can change diff oil without need of disassemble the slipper clutch

The slipper/differential full assembled :

Everything is ready for the test

Note the steering plate made for easier bump steer adjustement (and it's stronger here than on the hub side)

That's impressive! Very nice. How does it preform? What kind of track do you run on?

First run done :-)
The car can maintain a lot of speed while turning, I need a litle more setup, because she is too agressive in mid turn

You can try alot. Less anti squat, softer rear spring, 2x1.7 rear pistons.

So will you be offering the parts for sale, posting up the files to replicate, or just be greedy and taunt us? All are just fine Looks amazing.

I'm swapping out my chassis to a hd chassis on my zx6. In the bag they give you 2 center drive bones with rubber o rings. Tried to use the bones they gave but they are to short. Has anyone else ran into this issue. Thanks.

The 2 they include are the optional bones for mounting the motor mount in the extra postion.
