I have just bought a used 8ight-e 3.0 and am waiting for it to arrive.
I still have my old e2.0 and was wanting to change over some of the upgraded parts that are on it, will these fit on the new e3.0 or has the car changed too much? By looking at info on Amain they don't match parts compatibility.

There is definitely no need for the aluminum chassis braces, but I think the spindles fit, but are a different degree, therefore they are different, but are more of a rarely used setup part...

Well i don't feel the need for aluminum chassis braces i just asked if they will fit because i have them already. I won't be racing the 3.0, i have my MP9's for that at the moment, i just love Losi as the 8ight-e 2.0 was my first ever buggy and the 3.0 looks so nice i just had to have one

I needed a replacement rear shock body TLR243003 so I ordered them from amain and the ones I got I think were out of milling spec or missed a stage in manufacturing. If you look at the pictures the one of the left (bad) was the ordered one and it has more threads on the bottom cap and was less recessed which made the x-ring cap not fit properly and create a seal. It was also rough and non polished. The one on the right was supplied by Ryan Dunford from TLR, Thanks again Ryan for the awesome support!!!

Let TLR know. I had a similar issue with a TLR part in that it was machined incorrectly. I called them up and told them the problem, they had a new part to me in 3 days.

Yikes! That machining looks bad. Horizon is awesome to deal with as far as part or kit issues. I had some missing hardware in a 22sct kit and they sent me the whole assembly bag so I had some spares to boot. They'll take care of you for sure.

Hey Guys,

I wasn't able to find the weight of this buggy roller alone? Does anybody have this?? If not what is the weight of your eight-e 3.0 with battery, motor, esc and all.. (and which electronics do you have on it?)??

Thanks,
Cham

Default Suspension Binding

Anyone found a solution to the suspension binding issue.....
The rear of mine seems to have loosened up but still gets tight and the front still starts to bind up horribly after about 30 minute of running......?

Yes... I've reamed the arms and pinched the ball ends.....

Any other suggestions....?
