The supplied (smaller) screws give a bad alignment for the motor wires.
I tried the next size up & will not fit through the motor mount holes.

Does any one know if the losi xcleiron esc would have enough power to run a 550 motor like the tekin redline sc4x 4.5 turn motor? or is the esc it self just to weak to run in a scte.

Ran my 2.0 with the dunford standard on a grooved/dusty track and the setup was perfect. I could get great runs coming onto the straights. Actually passed a guy with the hd pro4 bc i got such a good run off the turn. The 2 hole 1.3mm from avid were worth it.

Can the 22 alum servo horn be used on the scte? Is it an issue stripping stock horns?

You can strip the stock one but the alum one is more rigid as well. Since we typically run the servo saver practically locked it is not a bad idea to have the alum horn.

This may have been asked but I didn't see it.. are the 22sct shocks the same as the scte 2.0 shocks? Going to do a rebuild on my scte shocks and have all the parts loaded into cart then I noticed the 22sct shock kits.. I know many run the 22 pistons anyway. thx

Default PRO4 HD

So, I got to run my PRO4 HD 4300 for the first time this weekend, holy crap...lol. My truck wheelies coming on the straight, lol. It was so much fun and its SO smooth. I did notice the weight though.

Some setup changes I made, moved my battery forward(this position was designed for the longer motors to bring the balance back), turned down my drag brake and my brake on my controller some as the motor has more braking power. I did play with some other stuff that I had been wanting to try so once I determine if its better on some other tracks too, I will let everyone know...so much fun though.

What is the trick to mounting an rx8 up front? The couple pics I have seen have the post facing the center driveshaft but it doesn't looks like I would be able to slide the battery tray to the forward position if need be...

It fits. It is tight but there is room.
