Yes, but I had to do the toe mod using a dremel tool to get the correct size hole without burrs.

It was rough but it worked and took Paypal. It was like taking a step back a few decades.

Lol, pull off your rear arms and set them on a flat surface. I've seen the get warped from time to time.

I saw alex miller at mcculloughs for the race against cancer. He is fast without a doubt. He took third with Marsh in 1st and Wilks in second.

Alex Miller came with me. He's a Harrisburg PA local ( Bumps and Jumps).

Alex K is another up and comer from the north east. I forget which track is his home track.

These two kids didn't luck into their spots either. They were blazing fast in 2wd and 4wd all weekend and the results showed.

The arms are brand new. I just completed my rebuild for the upcoming indoor season. The arms, hubs, ball cups, and bearings are all brand new. The shocks were rebuilt, new springs, new caps, new ball ends and eyelets installed and checked on a Losi shock tool. Everything cleaned and lubed. What is a mystery to me is that the car was doing the same thing prior to the rebuild. This morning I discovered that the gear diff was binding in the transmission case when the case was bolted to the motor plate. (I had been running a gear diff for the last year, and I am planning on switching back to a ball diff when the parts arrive) I tried an old ball diff, and it spun freely; so I assume the gear diff and cover must be tweaked. I'm gong to try the car at practice tonight with the ball diff to see if the problem is corrected.

I don't see why not. As long as you don't get any inside the bullet. Shrink wrap works good too. That's what I use on my bullets.

Ryan got caught up in traffic in the main of 2wd. Me and Alex K. Were together for a good part of the race. I wrecked over the table tops in the middle of the track, and then the other Alex wrecked in the next corner after the double double. Dustin was about 10 seconds in front of us by the end of the race.

^certified fast guy. I get whooped by the other Alex on a weekly basis (he can't beat me in 8th scale though)!

Just use liquid duct tape. We use it on all of our solder joints. Works great, and when you put heat to it, it melts away not catches on fire like the CA glue will.

I just got the avid top shelf and have a hobby wing v3.1. I am having trouble getting the speedo to fit without rubbing the body? Anyone used this combo before that can share how they got it to fit?

The speedo has posts on top so putting the wires under would be challenging...

I removed the standoffs which add 4mm of height and used a longer 5/40 screw (9/16) along with a .5mm shim as a washer. I put a 1mm washer inbetween the ESC tray and the brace to make it level with the cut down lipo strap. My Orion R10 was rubbing against the body and this should fix it and make a lower CG ride. Orion will go in tomorrow.

What's wrong with the arms currently available?
