yeah, you have a lot more twists/inch than I do. that seems like a reasonable thing to do. I was originally planning on mounting it on top of the servo. Is under the rack a clean look thing, glitch issue or just because. I know many people mount them way forward so they cross the line a little sooner.

If you want some of the length out of it...you can do like my servo wire...we all know that will shorten it up plenty.

George, you here stuff pretty "early". What do you think we'll see in the form of a new car? RM..RM/MM convertible or MM only?

Honest question. I'm not too sure of anything at this point.

I have serious doubts it would be mid only though.

someone might have to quote me for Cherry to see this. I'm pretty sure I'm on his ignore list. Not likely to get a reply but I put it out there anyway.

I'm diggin my new Hobbywing Exerun Stock Spec V3.1 speedo! No switch to worry about, and it even came with a couple of "bottles" LOL! It's very light and smooth too...weighs the same as a Tekin.

yeah, I normally use pig tails to shorten the length. the wire just seemed a little stiff for that. hopefully, I have to to play with it tonight. last night was upgrade the kids OS, cpu and memory.

Ha! Love the NOS logo. :)

I was this || close to buying one of those for my son, but I got an RS almost as cheap. I just finished his car last night.

I just have to glue up tires and we're set for the Northern California Off Road Championship race this weekend.

Like some others, I have mine under the steering rack on my b4. I too pig tail it around a thin driver, then stretch it the rest of the way to the receiver. Yes, the wire's stiff, but I make sure I'm not redoing it too often. If I move it to another car I'll just retighten the existing wrap around a driver. Haven't had it fail yet, but once a transponder makes it's way into one of my cars it stays there unless I replace the chassis. We race 3 cars, so have 3 hybrid transponders. Can't comment on the longevity of the wire for those that move them from one car to another between heats.

yeah, it has been bad lately, I have been moving my electronics from car to car weekly. I am putting an end to that behavior and bought this TP for my b4 and it will stay there until I sell the car.

Anyone have trouble with the steering blocks rubbing the arms when the suspension is at a slight droop? I just noticed this the other night after I put the turnbuckles on. Is it a non-issue when running the car? If it's a problem how do you fix it? I would like to find out before I get too much further with the build so I can correct it if necessary.

I dont think my front hubs/steering block ever touch my arms with the shocks on. can you take a picture.

If you don't have the shocks on yes they will touch with just the turnbuckles. With the shocks built correctly there is no interference.
