Yes but only at that moment because you can't drive 3 cars at once. What I just said makes no sense but then again neither does all the money I've spent on my SCTE. :weird:

With a a futaba radio I can ;)

You guys are so caught up in other folks podiums. The ONLY thing that matters is your own podium. If this car feels, drives better and reduces your DNFs compared to what you had before, then it's a good car for you.

Just sold my MIP/Losi tonight :-) Can't wait for my order!!!

I also ordered a Trinity 4xS in 4800 kv. Tired of pushing my electronics to the limit with the 7200. I just want to drive.

I'll be running the Viper VTX8 ESC too. If I don't like it I'll have a pile of RX8's to put in lol.

Is this faster than the 4600 Tekin?

Lol agreed, all this bench racing is pretty funny. I just want a truck that's screwed together solid and won't break so my DNF' become mid-pack finishes. I'll worry about beating the world later...

Get a solid 4 mins with that 7200Kv? That had to be insanely fast while it lasted! Debating whether to run the hobbywing 4000 or wait for the pro4 HD. Hmm......

RC*PHREAK 01-12-2013 10:19 PM

the measure of the truck shouldn't be "can it beat maifield or phend", but rather, "would maifield or phend be faster with this truck?" or even more to the point, "would i be faster with this truck?"

what the top level guys do with their rigs mean literally nothing to 99% of us. if you've been in the game for a minute, you know what makes a good rig and this truck has it. you know it has it without seeing it. if you've seen the EB48, you've seen as close to it as you need.

honestly for the doubters, keep your clapped out SCTE's and your impossible to tune SC10 4x4's. i'm sure they'll come around after the 80345th different set up and 346t346th rebuild.

Go with the HW 4000kv You cant go wrong with that motor, I ran mine all last year, smooth and more power and faster then the tekin 4600's. You can even run a bit of boost timing if you like with them. Check out falconsekido for motors etc.

Ever ease onto the throttle down the front straight and do a wheelie down the second half?

Can we get a report on how the truck went together and any issues with the destructions, and also a track test report to please. Looks like I have to wait till Tuesday morning for email from amain. Has anyone been contacted from amain re back orders yet ? Hope you all enjoy the build. :tire::tire::batman:

Congrats on the SCT410 build guys. I decided NOT to get back into 4x4 SC now and have my NEW 4600 motor and RX8 for sale:

Always some tool trying push his crap in a thread where it doesn't belong. You Know for a fact your post doesn't belong in this thread. Love your almost retail pricing on your "I'm NOT going to race 4x4 SC" electrics btw.

:D :weird:

When and where did you guys order?

It would be nice if everyone that posts, "mines on it's way", would do the same, When and where. Thanks

On larger, open tracks use a 16 tooth pinion. We've even gotten away with a 16 on smaller tracks but best to drop down a tooth or two.

Thanks Matt, I was thinking to start with 14 for SDRC, that would be a 12.57 Gearing Quotient if I'm doing my calculations right and go to 15 or 16 depending on temp.
