I haven't used the Lunsford stuff, but i'm sure it will be fine. The rod ends that come in the kit tend to crack at the ballcup.

Almost done reading this entire thread.
Just thought I'd chime in to say I upgraded a old b44 I got for nothing with the avid chassis and .2 kit + triad slipper and its money. Super stable but still agile and sharp. Using coach's setup so far but with yellow avid springs in the rear.
As for the Lunsford stuff just discussed, I ran them on my sc10 and b4 with no breaks or pop offs for the entire season last winter. I run ALOT of laps too.
One question about the new .2 front arms. Will the stronger arms lead to breaking something else instead or is still the first thing that snaps if I catch a pipe?

I have been having trouble with my rear diff the past two weekends. After running a couple heats my rear diff keeps loosening up on me by the time the main comes. I completely lose all rear drive and end up running around with front wheel drive. I have completely disassembled the diff twice now, each time this has happened and there is absolutely no visible wear on anything. I am loosening the bolt about an 1/8 turn from all the way tight. I have been running the buggy every weekend since April and never had any problems but now this is happening every weekend.
Any thoughts?

Lock up the out drives with two drivers to check & make sure the diff is tight.

I say yes, should work fine. Others will tell you that you need a 6.5 or 7.5 turn.
I have been running a castle 4600 all year. I thought I was going to be under powered and have a hard time keeping up but I have dominated at my local track all summer beating all the guys running the 6.5 turns. I find it much easier to drive. My opinion anyway.

I ran a Tekin RS in mine and it always seemed to get really hot but I was also running a 6.5 Orion VST. I prefer an Orion R10 pro, I can run an entire pack as hard as I want and that speeder is only about 130*.....Where the Tekin would thermo out and shut down after about 10 laps.

Because I did the same thing....Twice!!
