I come from the ghetto, Wal-Hell has the black & yello 4 pack totaling 12grams of glue.
It is EDF foam safe & under $1.50.
Proper rim cleaning & prep is a must.
It disolves well in an acetone bath.
It isn't the best, but cheep.

A friend tried "Gorilla" super glue, I don't know if we ever got the tirs off the rims with out destroying them with heat.

"Tire glue" is super glue but marketed with a higher price for the hobby . Tire glue is more expensive these days and you consider $9 for 0.7 oz of glue cheap ? Btw you can get super glue the same consistantcy as "tire glue" .

its not all the same tire glue has Cyanoacrylate in it which helps it bond the tires to plastic

Whatever glue you go with, get some of these:

They are dirt cheap and really help when trying to do a nice job gluing up tires

Or you could go with a set of the Pro-line renegades and call it a day!

Super glue is a marketing term. Most super glues are CA glues. Some are not -- you've got to know what you're buying. We were using various speed CA glues to glue tires long before anyone came out with "tire" glue, which is just fast CA glue.

Superglue IS Cyanoacrylate adhesive. Superglue is just a brand name. CA is CA. There are a few different viscosities but aside from that if it's CA, it's CA. Forget what name is on the bottle.

I only use Muchmore for all my 1/10th and 1/8th tyres, and never had a tyre come unglued yet.

Tire glue and super glue are diffrent i tryed CA glue that dint say for rubber also while it will work it doesnt last compared to glue thats for Rubber tires. I tryed Locktight thick gel glue which is for rubber etc it dint work to good after a run .

But i do think its a little insane for the prices of Hobby brand tire glue for a small bottle $8.00 to $9.25

I know they sell enough of it to be cheaper than that.

The bottle keeps the glue fresh until the glue runs out and you can get it at any hardware store or walmart. I've tried a lot of different glues and this is by far my favorite. It's towel smoke'n strong and the perfect consistency.

Would you be able to post a pic of the bottle or the part number please, I am going to try this as it seems the best option and easy to get.
