[QUOTE=Cpt.America;12105529]If you're OCD, (like me) especially about wiring and electronics layout, NOTHING will satisfy your OCD like the RB6 can. You just can't do this with a B4. So to use that as an excuse is flat backwards.
Nice! How are you routing your ESC wire?

There are channels in the plastic pieces to run the wires towards your receiver.
As for those with axle problems, open up the hole on the wheel were the axle goes through. You don't have to do it much so be careful. This should reduce any axle issue you might encounter.
Ugly bodies, there are options besides the kit one. Proline and JConcepts offer bodies too.
Any other question? Look at the first post to see if it was answered otherwise ask away!

nice on the channels. I will look when i get home. I might just need to get used otthe body. I hated cab forward at first, now I like it. Its just narrow and squared off a lot. I am sure it would grow on me. The finnishers normally look nice. might look into those. I just looked up some pics of the rb6 finnisher body, they actually look pretty good. The cab is not as huge and it looks like it is further back from the front towers.

Awesome wiring again cpt and thanks kraig for the channels tip. Have had mine for so long and never realised it was there for routing wires DUH!!! I am thinking of getting another chassis up and running for stock buggy, our spring series has crazy amount of talent in sportsman mod, exp mod and now 17.5 mod! glad the sc 2wd classes are dying out and people getting into buggy!
What RTR weight are you 17.5 guys at for the 6 chassis? I am around 1521 on my old rb5 right now thinking of running it this weekend and maybe decide if I want to upgrade it to the 6.

1582g on mine with the shorty, but I just put in a lrp and took out the tekin Esc so that's a bit heavier. I will have to weigh again later and see the difference.

I have the alum exo rack and some extra red alum washers throughout for bling and the exotek red shock bushings and the exotek carbon battery mounts/straps .
All of that stuff adds weight. All for bling too really.
The car needs nothing so I started going OCD making it pretty

I'm at 1560 with a Fantom 4600 shorty, 551 lowpro servo, alu steering rack, and SXX speedo. Seems to be a good spot in-between being too light for traction, or too heavy for speed in a 17.5. Weight is an important tuning factor. Running a lighter car will increase how nimble the car feels, and it will change direction faster, but overall traction will be lower. Tune your weight for your traction levels to minimize lap times.

I currently have my receiver on the receiver tray thingy. I dont like it there and might move it forward. But I think in order for it to fit with a full size servo you need to put the shorty in the back/back position. The battery tray has 2 positions for fine tuning. The car came with it setup in the back/back but i moves the front holder forward because I thought i might want to play with battery foam for quick changes. Plus in the back/back my shorty was a very tight fit. I actually had to pry my pack out. I was worried about hard landing cracking my pack because it was soo tight.
