Anyone know a trusted shop where they have both aluminium wide rf and rr suspension holders in stock? It seems as though they are out of stock everywhere (amain, stormer, speedtech, mammoth etc)

Are you using the RB-6 gull wing a-arm or the rb5 sp2 one hole a-arm with narrow hinge pin holders? Currently I went back to the rb5 sp2 one hole a-arm with the wide hinge pin holder(UM514GM & UM515GM) with good results.

Well worth the money! Even though it is written for TC it still applies to off road.

Has a very helpful decription of what every adjustment does for entering, mid and exiting corners. Weight transfer!

How to fix...

Entering Push (Off-Power)
Entering Loose (Off-Power)
Mid-Corner Push (Neutral Power)
Mid-Corner Loose (Neutral Power)
Exiting Push (On-Power)
Exiting Loose (On-Power)

In other words... If you can tell the book what your car is doing wrong, it can tell you how to fix it.

The Cody Turner setup I was looking at was using the stock 6 arms, but with the arms flipped using the one hole side.

ebay japan, I got mine in 10 days. Rating was 99% for that trader. Not exactly what you want but other option is to buy used or hunt in LHS.

Thanks everyone for your input! I'll pick this one up.

Is push equal to understeer and loose is oversteer? I'm more used to on-road terminology.

For tuning guides check out of the hudy offload guides and the x ray setup guide for the t3.

Another stupid question: What is the easiest way to pop off the turnbuckle from the ball stud? I'm having a hell of a time trying to pry these things off which I know i'm doing completely wrong.

These terms are equally used in on-road.. but yes, understeer means it pushes, and oversteer means the rear end kicks around too easily.

I use a pair of normal pliers, and I "roll" the ballcup forward or backward until it comes off.

Make sure you center BOTH ballcups onto the ball studs so once popped back on, the entire link can rotate/twist both directions equally. You don't want a bind.

I am still using the RB6 arms flipped to the one hole side, I like the feel of that a little more on the current layout, Drew Moller and a few others like the flat arms better. But with a fresh layout for Reedy we will have to see which feels better.
