Here is a pic of the gearing on my buggy, still having trouble on getting it to mesh. Im running 69/32 and this is the closest I can get the pinion to the spur. Not really sure at this point what it could be. Would anybody have an idea on what could be the reasoning?

looks like a revtech anyways? different holes lineup for the pinion to be closer or farther away to the spur..
your picture doesn't make sense? haha it looks like the screws and the pinion should be able to move into the spur?

You built something wrong. The motor should be able to slide all the way forward. Does it slide all the way up if the motor screws are taken all the way out? There shouldn't be anything for the motor to hit inside the motor guard.
Take the motor out, and take a picture of the hole/motor guard area where the motor would sit.

You built something wrong. The motor should be able to slide all the way forward. Does it slide all the way up if the motor screws are taken all the way out? There shouldn't be anything for the motor to hit inside the motor guard.
