If you don't have a metric drill bit set and only have numbered drill bits here's the closest sizes to the posted setup.
#53 = 1.5113mm
#52 = 1.6129mm
If you need a source for numbered drill bits I use these. They are not the greatest quality but for hobby use, they work very well.

also, for the TLR1043 Front King Pin, Threaded, TiNitride (2): 22 do these go vertically through the caster block or horizontally through the arm? please forgive the n00b question...

i can agree with that!
advantages over the competition:
-ProGauge-trackside adjustments W/O PC-easily adjust all your settings, no blinking lights to watch or computer taking up your pit area!
-5 amp BEC- No rx caps needed, i run a savox 1258tg and sr300 rx with no issues whatsoever.
