I hope you guys found this useful. I looked at each an every section just to check and see where these parts were exchanged for different ones that had been improved! Haha, no problem! Im sure a lot of people were looking for this...I decided to take the time to do it for myself because I was curious also. Most of the parts are Factory Team and seems like it would be worth the money to go ahead and do the conversion over to the RC8.2e but it might be around $250 or so...I only priced out a couple of the parts and I was sitting around $150, but I was also using TowerHobbies as my main searching website, and didn't use any other stores/websites! Thanks for the positive feedback ! I really appreciate it!

It's useful I was also curious on this as well if its a lot of money is it worth it though? I've been hearing the 8.2 is not that great but that's from local races so idk if there's setups not good

Yeah i would think too that it might be their setup or their personal opinion of the car...i have heard that its lighter and from what i have seen from the parts it is built stronger...they really thought about weight and im sure it would be worth it to convert this vehicle if you have the money to throw at it...or slowly buy the parts and put them on the vehicle until u would have to buy the chassis and probably the drive shaft +3mm when you need to do that! Other than that...battery tray and diffs are the same...no changes made...i am happy that they made a new wing and have the jconcepts body on there...cause it did make a difference in my book! I would look for some setup sheets from the pros and see what to do then!! Thanks for posting !

Thanks for doing the work! I know when I was looking into the Losi 8ight 1.0 vs 2.0 it wasn't alot of fun tracking down the differences. I saw you said it was over $150 and you were only partially through, any idea what the full cost would be?

Ill just go but the whole buggy for less than $100 more and sell the one I got!

ASC89304 - Team Associated "Illuzion" 1/8th Scale Wing (Black)
ASC89551 - Team Associated Rear Arm Set (RC8.2)
ASC89550 - Team Associated Front Arm Set (RC8.2)
ASC89549 - Team Associated Front Upper Arm Set (RC8.2)
ASC89530 - Team Associated Front Swaybar Kit (RC8.2)
ASC89531 - Team Associated Rear Swaybar Kit (RC8.2)
ASC89558 - Team Associated Caster Block Set (RC8.2)
ASC89539 - Team Associated Aluminum Rear Shock Tower (RC8.2)
ASC89538 - Team Associated Aluminum Front Shock Tower (RC8.2)
ASC89541 - Team Associated Front Shock Spring Kit (6) (RC8.2)
ASC89545 - Team Associated Rear Shock Spring Kit (RC8.2)
ASC89290 - Team Associated Factory Team 29mm Big Bore Front Shock Kit

That's a very useful list. I can speak from experience that the 8.2 parts make the car MUCH easier to drive, especially on rough tracks or crooked jump landings.

I got to run my car on a very small indoor track last weekend. First weekend on all the 8.2 suspension parts, and the car was lights-out fast. Huge improvement over the B car!

What I would do is just go with his list and actually go to a website like www.towerhobbies.com or www.amainhobbies.com and price everything out and that should give you a pretty good estimation of what you would want to do from there. If you have the money now, and wanna spend it, I would just buy the RC8.2e and you will not be disappointed.
