If you are at Mike's on Sundays, come see me. I'll be happy to help you out. Ask for Brian Reynolds.

A base setup is a good starting point but with the 22 series, if your diff is even a tiny bit loose the truk will seem like theres no traction. Been there ith this truck! You can also put a lil weight in the rear of the truck and that can do wonders as well.

I would go talk to some of the racers at your track that run the 22T . They will be the best to get you going on a good setup and proper tires and inserts . Some instances adding weight helps , but you need a setup that works at your track first . Just tossing weight on is not the answer .

Corey Bernardo's setup is a good starting point at Mike's. Make sure the diff isn't loose. What tires are you running? I have been running JConcepts Double Dee's front and rear with bomb 1 inserts. Right now my truck is running great on the current layout. Also adding some weight in the right places and raising the transmission helps as well.

Will I am running a 27t pinion with the stock spur. I went back and forth on the pinion with my 13.5 and even with the esc boosted I couldn't make the step up before the rhythm section. With the 10.5 in there now I can make it barely. Your more experienced so you might have some better luck. Since theres no motor limit in our ST class I would go bigger on the motor.
