Default Serpent Wheels

I'm curious too about the wheels. I hate glueing tires, but if those fit best and hold up pretty good, I'll use them from here on out.

They are as good as any other wheel but have more clearance. They are softer than aka but lighter as well for a comparison sake.

Default Spur Gear

Anybody tried the 44T spur gear? I was thinking about it with 1900kv motor and 16T pinion. I was just wondering anybody tried it and ran into heat issues.

Default Mid corner/exit push

In the 180 turns, I'm getting some mid-corner/exit push - basically when I'm starting to get back on power. Think I will increase my wheelbase from 1.25 to 2.5 in front of the rear hub. Is there anything else I can do other than running 14deg hubs? Currently running 12deg, 10-15-7 diffs. Thought about increasing the front to 12 or dropping the center to 12.

Normally this comes from the rear being too stiff. Weather the rear camberlink is too low on the tower, too stiff a spring, wheelbase too short, shock stood up too much, too much anti squat, to thick of oil. So moving the wheel base back is on the right track. I usually run it in the middle. #1 Ackerman also helps.

Thanks. I'm running #2 ackerman, middle inside on shk tower, orange v2 springs, 350 cst oil, shk outside on arm, position 2 on tower (almost laid down completely), 1 deg of anti-squat and 3 deg toe in. I'll start with the wheelbase. Then maybe the ackerman next? Or something else?

Is anyone using any shock o rings other than the stock o rings? I need to replace my o rings and am wondering if there are any better options than stock. Also, does the hard andonized chassis last longer than the stock chassis?

The outside hole on the rear arm will make a mid corner push sometimes if the oil or apring is too stiff. If you want to run the outside hole on the arm for the rear shock the oil should be pretty light feeling and I'd try a purple v1 rear spring, and stand the rear shock up a hole.

Stock. Someone mentioned the losi xrings work but I never tried them. Yes the hard chassis last longer until the coating wears off. Then they are the same.

I would get orange v2 rear spring, 2.0 front swaybar, #1 ackerman, 8 hole square pistons. You can also get the 0 deg spindles 600611 which help over all steering feel.

Hi! Could somebody do me a favour and measure (to 0.1 mm) the distance between the diff/motor-mount plates?
