I did just notice something that's gonna make my OCD kick in. There's gonna be an empty screw hole now where the 3rd radio tray screw used to go..........
Ohhh God that's gonna freak me out for days LOL

Wow that was fast!! indeed, no likey empty screw holes! I wonder why there isn't an aluminum holder/brace under the esc mount opposite the servo side? Is it just the 2 screws on the servo side holding the esc shelf in place?
I like the minimal & clean approach. Probably allot easier to set the gear mesh on the motor/spur now too!
and you really should get some new foam pads for those battery holders, just a thought there
keep the pics comin!

I think it is too new to tell. One could speculate and say yes but maybe in a Team kit at a higher sell price. The standard kit doesn’t really need it, and it would increase the kit price most likely around 50-60 bucks or more.
There will always be stock of the standard electronics tray for the RTR so it wont depend on those not being produced anymore...
It can work both ways, some guys will balk at the higher kit price with it included. Then others will balk at the current kit price knowing you need to spend 90 bucks or so on an extra pieces to make it better. Its hard to win in this situation. :-)
WMD has been working on a solution for a while, but it hasn't been finalized. It requires less pieces and would be cheaper. Not sure if it will ever materialize though.
